Navigating Whiteness at Work is a new series by Rhonda Hill of Race and Faith and Erica Turner of Bridge the Divide. This series is designed to promote deeper understanding of the ways white supremacy shows itself in the workplace. Serving in leadership capacity? Erica Turner

Erica Turner is a Registered Nurse and IT professional in healthcare. Erica was integral to creating the grass roots organization Bridge the Divide which sponsors racially literate podcasts, educational programming, community projects, film series and book studies to promote lasting, cross-cultural connections. Her goal is to facilitate community conversations that launch joint, achievable, sustainable solutions, especially in the North Shore suburbs and exurbs.
